As well as offering the main stationery pieces, I can create wedding day items that you will need such as place card calligraphy, custom menus, seating charts, or wood signs so that your stationery keeps a cohesive look throughout. I can also create the extra little details if you choose; these features include envelope addressing, wax seals and more. It’s all in the details!

What does custom design include?

All custom stationery packages include unlimited artwork such as watercolour illustrations, calligraphy (no calligraphy fonts used here!), a custom monogram and venue illustration if desired. I incorporate the colour palette of your choice into my design if you’ve already chosen one, or I can help you pick one that you will love! Because I use my own calligraphy, you have more unique options than you do with a run-of-the-mill font! I will never reuse custom elements for another client, so rest assured that all artwork done for you is entirely distinctive to your stationery! I also offer assembly and calligraphy guest addressing, so spending hours writing out addresses and assembling invites is one less thing that you need to worry about! My intent is to make this experience as enjoyable and stress-free for you as possible.

Wedding planning can be stressful enough at times, so I am here to help you throughout every step of the way! (I’ve been there!) I’ll put your mind at ease by giving you a detailed timeline of what to expect and when to expect it. The design process for a fully customized wedding invitation suite typically requires 6-8 weeks depending on availability and print method. 1. what is the cost of custom invitations?

custom invitation pricing depends on quantity, print method, materials used, and additional items or services purchased. custom invitation suites start at $1250 for 100 invitations.

pricing for a custom suite design includes:
• main invite & envelope
• choice of response card & envelope, details card, or both.

additional pieces (such as maps, envelope liners, wax seals, ribbon, assembly, etc.) added to the suite will result in an additional fee. alternative printing methods (ex. letterpress, foil) and paper selection (ex. handmade paper) are additional, as well.

2. what is the timeline for save the dates & invitations?

save the dates:

order – 9-11 months prior to your wedding date

mail – 7-9 months (9-12 for destination weddings)


order – 5-7 months prior to your wedding date

mail – 8-10 weeks

destination – send 3 months prior to your wedding date

3. how do i know how many invitations to order?

if you are inviting 100 guests to your wedding, you do not need 100 invitations! this number should be less than your guest list. on average about one suite per household/couple.

4. do you assemble invitation suites or can i assemble myself?

i do offer invitation assembly for a fee, perfect for the bride short on time or doesn’t want the hassle of assembling the suites.

5. how do i know the status of my order?

before we begin the process, i will give a detailed timeline for each and every step, and you will be able to ask any questions at any time throughout the process!

I have created a client portal where you will be able to manage all proofs, email correspondence, and questionnaires. Keeping everything in one place will help to simplify things for you throughout this process!

Now you get to open your package of pretty papers and send them in the mail! Your guests will be thrilled to receive their invitation in the mail, and they will be even more eager to celebrate your special day with you. As a little bonus, every custom invitation suite also includes two additional suites – one for your wedding photos and one as a keepsake of your special day!
